Freedom in the World — Country and Territory Ratings and Statuses (Freedom House)自由之家《世界自由》— 国家与地区评分及自由状态

Political Rights (pr) and Civil Liberties (cl) ratings, each on a 1–7 scale where 1 is most free and 7 least free, together with the combined total score (pr + cl, 2–14, lower = freer) and the Freedom House Freedom Status (Free / Partly Free / Not Free). The panel covers survey editions 1973 through 2026 (rating conditions under review from 1972 through 2025) and includes all countries plus a small number of rated territories with standard ISO3 codes.
