Global Corruption Barometer (GCB) 2017全球腐败晴雨表 (GCB) 2017

The Global Corruption Barometer (GCB) is Transparency International's cross-national survey of public corruption experience and perception. The 9th Edition (2017) covers 119 countries and territories, based on household surveys asking whether people paid bribes in the past year and how they perceive corruption in key institutions.

This dataset records, for each country, the contact rate with public services, the bribery rate (excluding and including those with no contact), and the share of people who believe corruption increased over the past year.

全球腐败晴雨表（GCB）是透明国际开展的跨国公众腐败经历与感知调查。第九版（2017）覆盖 119 个国家和地区，通过入户调查询问民众过去一年是否行贿、以及对关键机构腐败状况的看法。

本数据集记录各国与公共服务的接触率、贿赂率（区分是否排除无接触者）以及认为过去一年腐败加剧的民众比例。
