State Fragility Index (CSP)国家脆弱性指数 (CSP)
Overview数据概览
The State Fragility Index (SFI) measures country fragility across four dimensions — security, political, economic, and social — each evaluated on both effectiveness and legitimacy. Covering 167 countries from 1995 onwards, the composite index ranges from 0 (no fragility) to 25 (extreme fragility).
Each dimension is scored 0–3 on effectiveness and 0–3 on legitimacy, summing to the total SFI. It is a widely used measure for assessing state capacity and conflict risk.

各维度按 0–3 分打分,加总构成 SFI。该指数广泛用于评估国家能力和冲突风险。
