Bleek (2017) did not release a separate machine-readable dataset. The structured data hosted here are a faithful project transcription of Table 1, "Proliferation Behavior Over Time." In August 2026, the author confirmed by email that no machine-readable version currently exists, that the published codings have not been updated, and suggested creating a file directly from the published table. The registry contains one row per country, proliferation stage, and published time spell; Explore, Pursue, and Acquire remain separate overlapping stages. This is not an author-provided dataset or official CSV.
