The Central Bank Independence- Extended (CBIE) index is an index of de jure central bank independence that incorporates and extends previous indices by including new information on central bank financial independence and disclosure for a sample of 155 countries. The index was initially introduced in Romelli (2022) and is obtained based on the codification of central bank statutes.

中央银行独立性扩展指数（CBIE）**是衡量法定中央银行独立性的指数。该指数纳入新增的中央银行财务独立性与信息披露相关资料，在既有指数基础上进行拓展，样本覆盖 155 个国家。该指数最早由罗梅利（Romelli，2022）提出，依据各国中央银行法规条文编码整理得出。
