Constitute publishes open linked-data metadata about constitutions and constitutional events. This registry keeps one row for each constitutional system whose official metadata has no system-end year, selecting that system's most recent recorded event. It records country, region, system start, enactment and latest-event years, document metadata, and language.

The official bulk export does not provide a redistribution-ready collection of full constitutional texts. Accordingly, this hosted record is a metadata registry and does not reproduce constitutional provisions.

Constitute 公开宪法及宪法事件的开放关联数据元数据。本登记库对官方元数据中未标记体系结束年份的每一项宪制体系保留一行，并选取该体系记录的最近一次事件。它记录国家、地区、宪制体系起始时间、制定与最近事件年份、文档元数据和语言。

官方批量导出未提供可再发布的完整宪法文本集合，因此本托管数据为元数据登记库，不复现任何宪法条文。
