Digital Society Project (DSP) v8 — Digital Governance Indicators数字社会项目（DSP）v8——数字治理指标

The Digital Society Project (DSP) measures the state of the digital society and internet governance across countries from 2000 onwards, using expert-coded indicators. This dataset keeps four indicators on digital governance and disinformation: government dissemination of false information domestically (v2smgovdom), government monitoring of social media content (v2smgovsmmon), foreign governments' dissemination of false information (v2smfordom), and government internet shutdowns (v2smgovshut). All are ordinal scales rescaled to 0-1, higher = more prevalent.
