The EPR Core Dataset 2021 is an updated and extended version of the Ethnic Power Relations (EPR-ETH) dataset Version 2, covering the time period from 1946 to 2021. It provides annual data on politically relevant ethnic groups, their relative sizes as a share of the total population, and their access to executive state power in all countries of the world with a population of at least 250,000 and where ethnicity has been politicized.
