This panel reorganizes the IMF AREAER ACI Report by Country into one row per economy-year. It retains six published aggregate measures covering easing, tightening, and net changes in controls on capital inflows and outflows; the hundreds of granular Data Query categories are not reproduced in the page. Values describe annual regulatory changes, not a stock index of restrictions. Core coverage runs through 2023; 2024 is retained as a partial extension. The joint reporting entity Curaçao and Sint Maarten is excluded because it has no single ISO3.
