International IDEA's Voter Turnout Database records national parliamentary, presidential and European Parliament elections worldwide. Each row is an election record, with turnout among registered voters, turnout among the voting-age population where available, and supporting vote and registration totals. The official export is retained unchanged; this file standardizes names, ISO3 codes, years and numeric missing values.
