Measure of International Authority (MIA) v4国际组织权威测量（MIA）v4

The Measure of International Authority (MIA) records how authority is delegated to international bodies and pooled among member states. The official v4 Authority product contains annual observations for 76 international organizations from 1950 through 2019. Each hosted row is one IO-year record with a stable organization-code/year identifier and the codebook-defined aggregate delegation, pooling, and dispute-settlement measures. MIA is represented as a registry of annual IO observations because the current panel archetype requires geographic ISO3 codes. This preserves the IO-year data without falsely treating international organizations as countries. The much wider Master and Policy modules remain preserved as official raw documentation products and are not forced into the hosted table.
