ND-GAIN Country IndexND-GAIN 国家气候脆弱性与适应力指数

The ND-GAIN Country Index measures the climate vulnerability and readiness of 180+ countries from 1995 onwards. The gain score combines a vulnerability component (exposure, sensitivity and adaptive capacity across six life-supporting sectors) and a readiness component (economic, governance and social readiness). Higher scores mean a country is less vulnerable and better prepared to leverage adaptation investment.

This dataset covers the 1995-2024 country-year panel with the composite GAIN score and its two components (readiness, vulnerability).

ND-GAIN 国家指数衡量 180 多个国家自 1995 年以来的气候脆弱性与适应准备度。gain 综合得分由脆弱性分项（六个民生支撑部门的暴露度、敏感度与适应能力）和准备度分项（经济、治理与社会准备度）构成，得分越高代表该国越不脆弱、越具备利用适应投资的条件。

本数据集为 1995-2024 年的国家—年面板，含综合得分及其两个分项（准备度、脆弱性）。
