The Creditor Reporting System is the DAC's authoritative record of aid activities: every ODA-eligible commitment and disbursement reported by official donors, with recipient, sector, channel and modality attached. It is the standard source for questions about who gives aid, to whom, and for what.

Hosted here is the recipient-year aggregate across all sectors: ODA commitments and disbursements from DAC member countries, in both constant 2024 and current US dollars, plus the corresponding totals for all official donors (which additionally include multilateral agencies and non-DAC official donors). All figures are in millions of US dollars. Coverage runs from 1995 to 2024.

The underlying CRS is activity-level and far too large to host in full, and the OECD API refuses broad queries outright, so this is a deliberate all-sector aggregate. Regional and unspecified recipient groupings are excluded so that the map and rankings contain only individual economies.

债权国报告制度（CRS）是 DAC 关于援助活动的权威记录：官方捐助方报告的每一笔符合 ODA 口径的承诺与支付，都带有受援方、部门、渠道和援助方式等标签。研究「谁援助、援助谁、援助什么」时，它是标准数据源。

此处托管的是跨所有部门的受援国-年汇总：DAC 成员国的 ODA 承诺额与支付额（同时提供 2024 年不变价与现价两种口径），以及全部官方捐助方（额外包含多边机构与非 DAC 官方捐助方）的对应合计。所有金额单位为百万美元，覆盖 1995–2024 年。

CRS 底层是活动级明细，体量远超单个网站数据集所能承载，且 OECD 接口会直接拒绝过宽的查询，因此这里是有意选取的全部门汇总口径。地区与「未指明」类受援方分组已剔除，以保证地图与排名只含单个经济体。
