ParlSpeech V2 provides full-text parliamentary speeches and standardised metadata for the principal legislative chamber in nine representative democracies. This hosted derivative aggregates the official corpus by country and calendar year. It excludes raw texts, agenda labels, party labels, individual speakers, and individual speech records.
