Party Facts: Core Political PartiesParty Facts：核心政党登记与标识库

Party Facts links political-party data across source datasets and maintains a core registry of parties worldwide. Each row is one core-party record, identified by a stable Party Facts ID and assigned an ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code. The extract preserves names, known foundation and dissolution years, and a reported parliamentary-election vote share when available.

This is a registry, not a longitudinal party-year dataset: blank dissolution years mean the party is active or that no dissolution year is recorded, rather than proof of current activity.

Party Facts 用于连接不同来源的政党数据，并维护全球政党的核心登记库。每一行是一条核心政党记录，具有稳定的 Party Facts 标识符，并配有 ISO 3166-1 三字母国家代码。本提取保留政党名称、已知的成立与解散年份，以及来源在可得时记录的议会选举得票份额。

该数据是登记库而非逐年政党面板：解散年份为空只表示政党仍存续或尚未记录解散年份，不能据此断言其当前仍在活动。
