SIPRI Arms Transfers TIV, 1950–2025SIPRI 武器转移 TIV（1950—2025）

These official SIPRI exports report annual imports and exports of major arms in millions of SIPRI trend-indicator values (TIVs) from 1950 through 2025. TIV is a volume indicator constructed for comparing transfer trends; it is not a financial value or a US-dollar amount. Each row is one country/entity-year with separate import_tiv and export_tiv fields. Empty official cells remain null; literal zeroes retain SIPRI's meaning of a rounded volume between 0 and 0.5 million TIV. Historical states, armed groups, organizations, and unidentified entities remain in the data with null ISO3 rather than being forced onto current countries. The separately downloaded trade register is a recipient-supplier-weapon/order product and is retained as raw evidence rather than joined to these aggregates.
