The UCDP One-sided Violence Dataset records deliberate lethal violence by governments or formally organized groups against civilians. Each row is one actor-year, not a micro-level event, and reports the actor, location, region, and UCDP low, best, and high fatality estimates. Version 26.1 covers 1989-2025. Multi-country locations retain null ISO3 rather than being assigned to a single country.
