World Justice Project Rule of Law Index世界正义工程法治指数 (WJP Rule of Law Index)

The World Justice Project (WJP) Rule of Law Index measures rule-of-law performance across 140 countries and jurisdictions through large-scale household and expert surveys. It is the world's leading source for original, independent data on the rule of law.

The index evaluates eight dimensions: Constraints on Government Powers, Absence of Corruption, Open Government, Fundamental Rights, Order and Security, Regulatory Enforcement, Civil Justice, and Criminal Justice. Each is scored on a 0–1 scale where higher values indicate stronger adherence to the rule of law.

世界正义工程（WJP）法治指数基于对各国普通民众和法律专家的大规模问卷调查，从体验和感知角度衡量全球约140个国家和司法辖区的法治状况，是国际上影响力最大的法治量化评估之一。

该指数围绕八大维度进行评分：约束政府权力、廉洁/反腐败、政府开放、基本权利、秩序与安全、监管执行、民事司法和刑事司法，分值范围为0–1，分数越高代表法治状况越好。
